The Worship Ministry is responsible for creating an atmosphere and an opportunity for us to express our love to God for who He is, for what He said, and for what He's doing. The ministry houses the Associate Ministers, the Music Ministry, the Usher/Greeters Ministry, the Health and Wellness Ministry, the Special Events Ministry, Children's Church, the Dance Ministry, and the Drama Ministry

Mission: To provide programs and activities geared towards developing the spiritual growth of men in the church and the community. We seek to develop/enhance our commitment to answer God's call to serve; promote brotherly love and assist in the mission of the church towards strong, spiritual family environments

Ministry

The Children's Ministry teaches children - kindergarten through 6th grade - the revealed Word of God and how it applies today. The ministry provides opportunities for Christian fellowship with other believers to help build moral and ethical character and instill Christian values.

Discipleship 

Ministry

The Discipleship Ministry is responsible for believer edification and helping believers conform to the image of Christ through learning more about the word of God and living out the teachings of Jesus. This ministry houses the Brotherhood Keepers Ministry, Sisterhood Ministry, Extended Care Ministry, Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, and College Campus Ministry.

Extended Care 

Ministry

Extended Care is a ministry to families with preschoolers. During the 10 am worship service, preschoolers are provided learning opportunities which help them to develop positive attitudes toward God, Jesus, the Bible, family, self, others and the natural world.

Media 

Ministry

Mission: To coordinate the purchase, use of and maintenance of all audio-visual, computer, PA equipment. To record, duplicate and distribute the services, programs, etc. of Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church.

Ministry

Mission: To provide an entertaining fellowship for all members and friends of the community that have reached the age of 55 or above. Primary meeting is on Tuesdays at 10:30 am in the Enoch Jones Activity Center.

Mission: To provide quality programs that will meet the needs of the Fifteenth Avenue Baptist Church families. To offer activities which focus on the role of the church in reversing the negative trends that impact African-American families. These activities are scheduled at various times throughout the year and include all age groups.

Mission: To promote the sound values of scouting with the boys at FABC. These values represent God, country, family and self. We further intend to be an outreach ministry to boys and their parents within the community, while welcoming them to become apart of our spiritual body.
