The Fifteenth Avenue family is with you to support you and pray for you in your hour of bereavement.  Even though your heart may be heavy, find comfort in God’s unending love and allow it to surround you in this difficult time.



If you or the deceased is a member of the Fifteenth Avenue family, please contact Pastor Buchanan at 615.256.4326 as soon as possible to advise him that a death has occurred.  Pastor Buchanan or someone from the ministerial staff will meet with the family to assist with the details.



If you and your family are not associated with Fifteenth Avenue but desire to hold funeral services here, those arrangements must be made through the Special Events Coordinator.  Please contact the church secretary at 615.256.4326 who will make an appointment for you.
