Fifteenth Avenue is a part of the Kingdom of God but not the sum total of it.   What is required to become a part of the Kingdom of God at Fifteenth?  You may come as a candidate for baptism (for those who have never accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior) or by Christian experience (for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and have previously been baptized).  When you become a part of the Fifteenth Avenue family, you are acknowledging three things:  1) the lordship of Jesus the Christ – that Jesus the Christ is lord of all; 2) the priesthood of all believers, which simply means that both laity and pastor are all called to serve as God’s transformative agents in the world and that the work of ministry belongs to all believers; and 3) God is still active and moving in the world by God’s Holy Spirit.
